We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Institutional Liquidity Sales Manager to drive new business growth. This role is ideal for a sales professional with an in-depth understanding of the FX market, a strong network of institutional clients, and a track record of successfully converting leads into long-term partnerships. The primary focus will be client acquisition, expanding our reach through strategic networking, industry events, and direct engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and engage institutional clients, including hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and financial institutions.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Drive lead generation efforts, converting cold leads into valuable long-term relationships.

Industry Networking & Market Expansion

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and institutional clients.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the company’s value proposition.

Introducing Brokers (IB) Recruitment

  • Identify and attract high-performing Introducing Brokers (IBs) to expand market reach.
  • Develop incentive structures and support programs to strengthen partnerships.

Market Insights & Strategic Planning

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments.
  • Provide insights that help shape business strategy and product offerings.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular performance reports and market feedback to the leadership team.

What We’re Looking For:

Industry Expertise:

  • 5+ years of experience in institutional FX sales, particularly in liquidity solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of liquidity provision, trading platforms, and institutional trading dynamics.
  • Well-established network within the financial sector, including banks, hedge funds, and asset managers.

Sales & Business Development Skills:

  • Proven ability to secure high-value deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a strategic approach to client acquisition.
  • Experience in lead generation and converting cold leads into long-term clients.

Additional Skills:

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.
